Agentova + Brevo: your contacts and emails from the chat
Once your Brevo account is connected with its API key, your Agentova agents get two Brevo actions. They can add or update a contact in your database, and send a transactional email through Brevo. They do it when you ask, in the conversation.

Add a contact to your Brevo database
Give the agent the name and email of a prospect you met: it creates the contact in Brevo. Your Brevo campaigns can then include them.
Fix an existing contact record
The Brevo action creates the contact or updates the one that already exists. For example, ask the agent to fill in a customer's attributes after a conversation.
Send a transactional email through Brevo
The agent drafts a one-off message with you, such as a confirmation or an informational update, then sends it through Brevo transactional email. The message goes out from your Brevo account.

Connect Brevo to Agentova
- Create your Agentova workspace, then open the AI Brain, Integrations tab.
- Search for Brevo and click “Connect”.
- Authorize access on the Brevo sign-in page. The connection goes through Pipedream, our integrations partner.
Frequently asked questions
What can the agents do in Brevo?
Two things: add or update a contact, and send a transactional email. They don't create marketing campaigns or manage your lists through any other action.
How does Brevo connect?
With your Brevo account API key, entered when you connect it in Agentova. You can revoke it at any time from Brevo.
Does the agent act on its own in Brevo?
No. Agentova doesn't offer automations triggered by Brevo: an agent uses the Brevo actions when you ask it to in the conversation.
Can I connect several Brevo accounts?
Yes. Several Brevo accounts can be linked to the same workspace, depending on your plan; your agents use the one you set as default, which you can change in the AI Brain.
Does Agentova replace Brevo automations?
No. Your automation workflows stay in Brevo. Agentova only adds two actions, used by your agents when you ask: add or update a contact, and send a transactional email.
How do I disconnect Brevo from Agentova?
In the AI Brain, Integrations tab, remove the Brevo account. The agents then lose access to its data and actions.
