Once Pennylane is connected, your Agentova agents can prepare your invoicing for you. They create a customer, issue a customer invoice or set up a billing subscription in Pennylane when you ask them in the chat.

Create a customer without leaving the chat
Give the agent a new customer's details: it creates the customer record in Pennylane. That record is then used for invoicing.
Issue a customer invoice
Describe the service and the customer, and the agent creates the customer invoice in Pennylane. It finds the customer in your Pennylane list before invoicing.
Set up recurring billing
For a customer billed every month, the agent creates the billing subscription in Pennylane. Pennylane then issues the following invoices based on that setting.

Connect Pennylane to Agentova
- Create your Agentova workspace, then open the AI Brain, Integrations tab.
- Search for Pennylane and click “Connect”.
- Authorize access on the Pennylane sign-in page. The connection goes through Pipedream, our integrations partner.
Frequently asked questions
Does the agent read my Pennylane accounting?
No. The available actions let it create customers, customer invoices and billing subscriptions, and find a customer in your list. The agent doesn't look at your accounting entries or your cash position.
Does the agent send invoices on its own?
No. It creates an invoice when you ask it to in the conversation. Agentova doesn't offer automations triggered by Pennylane.
How does Pennylane connect?
Through a secure connection to your Pennylane account, which you authorize when adding the integration in Agentova.
Can I connect several Pennylane accounts?
Yes. Several Pennylane accounts can be linked to the same workspace, depending on your plan; your agents use the one you set as default, which you can change in the AI Brain.
How do I disconnect Pennylane from Agentova?
In the AI Brain, Integrations tab, remove the Pennylane account. The agents then lose access to its data and actions.
