Do Google reviews get an automatic reply?
No. No automatic reply is offered for Google reviews: the agent replies when you ask it to.
Do I need to manage the location's Google profile?
Yes. The agent only accesses the accounts and locations the connected Google account manages. It can list them so you can choose which one to work on.
Can I connect several Google Business Profile accounts?
Yes. Several Google Business Profile accounts can be connected to the same workspace, depending on your plan. The agents use the one you set as default, and you can change that choice at any time.
How do I disconnect Google Business Profile?
Open the AI Brain, then the Integrations tab, and remove the Google Business Profile account. The agents then lose access to its data and actions.
