Open a deliverable in Google Docs, Sheets or Slides
A Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, Markdown or text file produced by an agent, or stored in your AI Brain, opens in the matching Google editor, converted to Google format. The original file stays in Agentova: changes you make on the Google side don't affect it.
Find a file without digging through folders
Ask an agent to search for a file or folder by name, or to list a folder's contents. It returns the file it found, its location and its link.
Organize and duplicate your documents
The agent creates folders, moves or copies files, and creates a new file from an existing template. Handy for setting up a new client's folder from your usual template.
Share a file with the right person
The agent shares a file or folder with an email address, lists who has access and removes sharing that is no longer needed. It can also handle pending access requests.
Keep track of a document's comments
The agent lists the comments left on a file, replies to them and marks a discussion as resolved. You can review a reviewer's feedback without opening each document.

- Create your Agentova workspace, then open the AI Brain, Integrations tab.
- Search for Google Drive and click “Connect”.
- Authorize access on the Google Drive sign-in page. The connection goes through Pipedream, our integrations partner.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can open in Google Docs, Sheets or Slides?
Word, Markdown and text files open in Google Docs, Excel and CSV files in Google Sheets, and PowerPoint presentations in Google Slides. The document is created on the Drive of the connected Google account, then Agentova gives you its edit link.
Does a second click create a duplicate on my Drive?
No. The exported file carries the ID of the original document. On the next click, Agentova finds that file on your Drive and reopens it instead of creating a new one.
Do my edits in Google sync back to Agentova?
No. The reference file stays in Agentova, and Google is only used as an editing surface. Editing the Google copy doesn't change the Agentova file, and vice versa.
What happens if no Google Drive account is connected?
When you click "Open in Google", Agentova opens the Google sign-in window directly. Once you are connected, the export resumes automatically from the AI Brain; from a chat deliverable, click "Open in Google" again.
Can I connect multiple Google Drive accounts?
Yes. Multiple Google Drive accounts can be connected to the same workspace, depending on your plan. Agents use the one you set as the default, and you can change that choice at any time.
Can you connect Google Drive to ChatGPT?
Agentova doesn't connect your Drive to ChatGPT. Its agents connect to Google Drive themselves: they search, organize and share your files on request, and open their deliverables there in Google Docs, Sheets or Slides.
How do I disconnect Google Drive?
Open the AI Brain, then the Integrations tab, and remove the Google Drive account. Agents then no longer have access to its data or its actions.
