Add an entry to a Notion database
Ask an agent to add a task, a contact or a content idea to your Notion database, with its properties filled in. It can then update those properties, such as the status.
Query a database
The agent queries a Notion database and answers you in the chat: a person's tasks, projects with a given status. It can also read the database structure to see which properties exist.
Write a page from a template
The agent creates a page or copies one from your template, then adds content blocks to it. Handy for a client profile or meeting notes in your team's format.
Summarize an existing page
The agent reads a Notion page's content and properties, then summarizes it for you. It can also leave a comment on the page.

Connect Notion to Agentova

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent have access to my entire Notion workspace?
It accesses the pages and databases the connected account can see, based on the permissions granted when connecting. It only reads or writes a page when you ask it to.
Does the agent act on its own in Notion?
No. Notion actions run during a conversation, when you ask an agent to create, read or edit a page. Nothing is changed in Notion unless you ask for it in the chat.
Can I connect multiple Notion workspaces?
Yes. Multiple Notion workspaces can be connected to the same Agentova workspace, depending on your plan. Agents use the one you set as the default, and you can change that choice at any time.
Can you connect Notion to ChatGPT?
Agentova doesn't connect Notion to ChatGPT. Its agents connect to your Notion workspace to create pages, add entries to your databases or summarize a page, within the permissions granted to the connection.
How do I disconnect Notion?
Open the AI Brain, then the Integrations tab, and remove the Notion account. Agents then no longer have access to its data or its actions.
