Frequently asked questions
How are open time slots calculated?
The agent reads the busy times on your calendar, then splits your business hours into slots of the chosen length, leaving out anything already taken or in the past. By default: 30 minutes, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, Paris time.
Does Elisa join all my meetings?
She only joins events that include a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams video link. In-person appointments with guests appear under "Upcoming" without her attending, and an invitation you declined is ignored.

The primary calendar of the connected account.
Can I connect several Google Calendar accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, several accounts can be connected to the same workspace, with one set as the default for actions requested in the chat.
How do I disconnect Google Calendar?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Bots already scheduled from this calendar are removed within minutes.
