No. Elisa joins a Teams meeting from its link, pasted manually or read from your connected calendar. The Teams connection is used for messages and channels from the chat.
Does Elisa need to be admitted from the lobby?
If your meeting has one, yes. The person who sent Elisa is alerted as soon as she arrives in the lobby.
Does the agent read all my Teams messages?
No. It only reads or searches messages when you ask it to in the chat, within the teams and chats the connected account can access.
Can I connect several Teams accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, several accounts can be connected to the same workspace; one of them is used by default for chat actions.
How do I disconnect Microsoft Teams?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Elisa can still join your meetings through their link.
