Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect Zoom for Elisa to join a meeting?
No. Elisa joins a Zoom meeting from its link, pasted manually or read from your connected calendar. The Zoom account is only needed to create meetings and use Zoom actions from the chat.
Does Elisa need to be admitted?
If the meeting uses a waiting room, yes. The person who sent Elisa is alerted as soon as she arrives in the waiting room, so they can admit her right away.
Can Agentova read recordings already made in Zoom?
With Zoom connected, an agent can list your recordings, read a transcript or get a download link when you ask. You can also import a file into the Meetings hub to get its meeting summary.
Can I connect several Zoom accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, several accounts can be connected to the same workspace, with one of them used by default for chat actions.
Do I need Zoom AI Companion?
No. Elisa produces her own transcript and meeting summary from her own recording of the meeting. With Zoom connected, an agent can also read the meeting summary provided by Zoom, when there is one.
How do I disconnect Zoom?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Elisa keeps joining your meetings through their link.
