Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect Google Meet for Elisa to join?
No. Elisa joins a meeting from its link, pasted manually or read from your connected Google or Outlook calendar. The Google Meet connection is used for actions started from the chat, like scheduling or canceling a meeting.
Does Elisa need to be admitted to the meeting?
If the meeting has a waiting room, yes. As soon as Elisa enters it, the person who sent her gets a notification reminding them to admit her.
What's in the meeting summary?
The meeting transcript and a written summary. It is available in the Meetings hub and can be shared through a public link, viewable without an Agentova account.
Can I import a meeting that was already recorded?
Yes. An audio or video file imported into the Meetings hub is processed the same way and also produces a meeting summary.
How do I disconnect Google Meet?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Elisa can still join your meetings through their link.
