Frequently asked questions
Does Margot send on her own or as a draft?
Both are possible: direct sending from your inbox, or a draft dropped in Outlook for approval. Emails she shouldn't handle are flagged for follow-up in the hub, and the admins are notified.
Do Agentova labels show up in Outlook?
Yes, as Outlook categories, created with the color chosen in Agentova if they don't exist yet.
Does Agentova also read my Outlook calendar?
Not through this integration, which covers email and contacts. The calendar connects separately through the Outlook Calendar integration, which the meeting agent uses to join your video calls.
Can I connect multiple Outlook accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, several accounts can be connected to the same workspace; one is set as the default for actions started from the chat.
Can I connect ChatGPT to Outlook?
Agentova doesn't link Outlook to ChatGPT. Margot, its email agent, connects directly to your Outlook inbox to sort messages into your categories and reply to them, either by sending directly or as a draft.
How do I disconnect Outlook?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Email processing for that inbox stops.
