Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Facebook Page or a personal profile?
A Page. Messenger messages, comments, publishing and ad leads all go through the Page you manage, and that's the one you pick when connecting.
Do Lead Ads leads come in automatically?
Yes, once the "New ad lead" automation is turned on for the Page. Every submitted form is retrieved from Meta and saved as a lead, with no manual export.
Does every comment get a reply?
Only comments that match the automation you created receive the reply you wrote: the targeted post and the condition you chose (keyword, emoji, or all comments). The others get no automatic reply.
What happens if Facebook restricts my Page?
Meta rejects the post and the post's author is notified with the reason. If access to the Page is revoked, the workspace admins get an alert to reconnect it.
Can I schedule posts on the Page?
Yes. The photos and videos in your content calendar go out to the Page on the set date and time. If Facebook rejects a post, the post's author is notified with the reason Meta gave.
How do I disconnect Facebook?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. The Page's automations are deleted: you'll recreate them after reconnecting.
