Automate Instagram: your DMs and comments, handled for you
Once your Instagram account is connected and DM automation is turned on, the sales agent (Arthur, or whatever name you give it) answers your direct messages. When someone comments on a post or reel, or replies to a story, the messages you've written go out automatically. Charlotte publishes the visuals and reels you've scheduled, and shows you the account's stats.

Answer Instagram DMs
Once DM automation is turned on, the sales agent (Arthur, or whatever name you give it) answers every new message using your company's information. Incoming voice messages are transcribed and photos are described, so the reply takes their content into account.
With ArthurTurn a comment into a conversation
Pick a post, a reel, all your posts or the next one to go live, plus a trigger keyword or emoji. A public reply and a direct message that you write go out automatically, with a link and its button. The agent takes over if the person replies.
With ArthurReact to replies to your stories
When a follower replies to a story, a direct message you've written is sent to them automatically, and their reply can be liked with a heart. The agent takes over if the person replies. You can target all your stories or one specific story.
With ArthurCollect an email or phone number before sending the link
The promised link can be sent only after the person has given you their email address or WhatsApp number. The contact can then be added to your connected CRM.
With ArthurPublish and track your content
Charlotte publishes feed images and videos (posted as reels) on the scheduled date. The Stats tab shows followers, engagement and top posts over the period you choose.

Frequently asked questions
What type of Instagram account do I need?
A professional Instagram account, either Creator or Business: that's what Meta's API requires for messages, comments and publishing. You can connect it directly, or through the Facebook Page it's linked to. Publishing your content requires connecting the Instagram account directly.
Does every comment get a reply?
Only the ones you target, with the reply you wrote. Each automation specifies the content it applies to (a post, a reel, all posts or the next one) and the condition: a keyword, an emoji or any comment.
Does it understand voice messages?
Yes. Voice messages received by DM are transcribed before the agent writes its reply, and photos sent are described. If a voice message can't be transcribed, the person is asked to type their message.
What happens when a customer wants to talk to a person?
The agent can hand the conversation off to a human: it stops replying and the workspace admins are notified. You pick up the conversation from Agentova.
Can I schedule my Instagram posts?
Yes. Charlotte publishes feed images and videos (posted as reels) from your content calendar on the scheduled date. Publishing requires connecting the Instagram account directly, not just the Facebook Page.
How do I disconnect Instagram?
From the AI Brain, in the Integrations section. Disconnecting deletes the automations tied to the account: you'll need to recreate them after reconnecting.
