Tweak titles, descriptions and thumbnails
The agent updates the details of a video that is already live and, if your channel is verified by YouTube, can replace its thumbnail. Handy for making descriptions consistent across a whole series.
Organize your playlists
The agent creates a playlist, adds or removes videos, and renames it. It can also list the videos in an existing playlist.
Track your channel numbers
The agent reads your channel stats, such as subscribers and views, and lists your latest videos and activity. You get an overview without opening YouTube Studio.

Connect YouTube Data to Agentova
- Create your Agentova workspace, then open the AI Brain, Integrations tab.
- Search for YouTube Data and click “Connect”.
- Authorize access on the YouTube Data sign-in page. The connection goes through Pipedream, our integrations partner.
Frequently asked questions
Can the agent summarize a YouTube video?
Not through this connection: YouTube actions give access to video details, not to what is said in them. To get the transcript and summary of a video you have the file for, import it into the Meetings hub.
Do comments get an automatic reply?
No. Agentova doesn't monitor new YouTube comments: the agent replies to the one you point it to in the conversation.
Does Charlotte post to YouTube like she does to Instagram?
No. Scheduled publishing from the content calendar does not cover YouTube. On YouTube, an agent acts when you ask, in the chat.
Which account should I connect?
The Google account that manages the channel. The agent acts on that account's channel, with the permissions you granted to the connection.
How do I disconnect YouTube?
Open the AI Brain, then the Integrations tab, and remove the YouTube account. The agents then lose access to your channel.
